    How It Works

Sermorelin binds to GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland, triggering the pulsatile release of growth hormone. This increases IGF-1 levels, improving tissue regeneration, fat metabolism, and protein synthesis.

    Quick Start

    • Typical dose: 200–300mcg subcutaneously, before bed
    • Frequency: Daily or 5 days/week
    • Storage: 2–8°C after reconstitution, use within 28 days

Studies report administration before bed on an empty stomach for optimal pulsatile GH release. Avoid food for 2 hours prior. The 2mg vial provides ~7 doses of 300mcg.

    Reconstitution Steps

    1. Clean the vial and bacteriostatic water stoppers with an alcohol swab.
    2. Draw 1mL of bacteriostatic water into a syringe.
    3. Inject slowly down the side of the vial — do not shake.
    4. Gently swirl until fully dissolved.
    5. Store in the refrigerator (2–8°C). Use within 28 days.

    Protocol Overview

    • Sermorelin mimics the action of natural GHRH, stimulating the pituitary gland to secrete growth hormone.
    • It preserves the natural feedback mechanism, minimizing the risk of excessive GH.
    • The 2mg vial is ideal for trial cycles or low doses.

    Dosing Protocol

    • Start with 200mcg/day and gradually titrate up to 300mcg.
    • Administer before bed on an empty stomach.
    • Cycle: 3–6 months on, 1 month off.
    • Can be combined with Ipamorelin or GHRP-2 for synergistic action.
    • Break between cycles: After the cycle (3–6 months), a washout period of 4–8 weeks is recommended. This break prevents desensitization of the GHRH receptor and allows for an assessment of the results.

    Washout & Cycle Restart

    When can I restart?

After the cycle (3–6 months), a washout period of 4–8 weeks is recommended. This break prevents desensitization of the GHRH receptor and allows for an assessment of the results.

    Minimum wait period: 4 weeks

    Storage Instructions

    • Lyophilized powder: room temperature or refrigerator.
    • Reconstituted solution: 2–8°C, use within 28 days.
    • Do not freeze after reconstitution.

    Important Notes

    • Avoid high-fat or high-carbohydrate meals 2 hours before administration.
    • Sleep quality typically improves within 1–2 weeks.
    • Consult a physician before use, especially if you have a history of neoplasia.

    ⚠️ Serious Warnings & Long-Term Risks

The following warnings are based on published literature, FDA labels, and post-marketing surveillance. They do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional.

    🎗️ Cancer Markers
    🟡 Moderate / Theoretical

    Theoretical risk (IGF-1 elevation)

As a GHRH analogue, increases GH/IGF-1. Same theoretical concern as exogenous GH, but to a lesser degree due to physiological regulation.
