What you are buying.

Digital research reports delivered electronically as downloadable PDF files. No physical goods are shipped. The download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately after successful payment.

Right of withdrawal and its waiver.

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because our reports are digital content delivered immediately, at checkout you are asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Once you have given that consent and the report has been made available to you, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

When we do refund.

We issue a full refund if:

• the download link was never sent to the email address provided at checkout after payment;
• the file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be downloaded and we cannot resolve it;
• you were charged more than once for the same report;
• you received a different report than the one purchased.

These are delivery failures, not discretionary refunds — you will not be asked to justify them.

When we do not refund.

We do not refund because you changed your mind, no longer need the report, or disagree with its conclusions, once the report has been made available to you and you consented as described above.

How to request.

Email info@orydel.com with your order reference and the report name. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks.

If something went wrong, please contact us first — we will almost always fix it faster than a bank dispute.
