Peptide Encyclopedia
A concise educational library for peptide definitions, mechanisms, evidence context and research-only navigation across AllPeptides.eu.
All entries are educational references for literature review and lab-planning arithmetic. They are not medical advice, treatment guidance or human-use instructions.
Peptide definitions
Start with plain-language definitions, peptide classes and research terminology before opening compound-specific pages.
Compound library
Browse peptide entries by mechanism, evidence context and research-only notes.
Reconstitution context
Use the reconstitution guide and calculator as educational concentration-math references, not medical instructions.

Eloralintide
LY3841136
Weight Loss & Metabolic
Eloralintide, also known as LY3841136, is an investigational, long-acting amylin receptor agonist developed by Eli Lilly for weight management research. Unlike GLP-1, GIP or glucagon-based incretin therapies, it primarily targets the amylin pathway and satiety signaling. Available evidence includes translational/preclinical research, Phase 1 data and a 48-week Phase 2 study in adults with obesity or overweight without type 2 diabetes.
VRX-0075
GLP-5 (quintuple agonist)
Weight Loss & Metabolic
VRX-0075 is an investigational, long-acting "quintuple agonist" — a single molecule designed to activate five metabolic hormone receptors at once: GLP-1, GIP, glucagon, amylin and calcitonin. It is being developed by Volari Therapeutics and has been evaluated in Eli Lilly–supported research. The available evidence is exclusively preclinical (rodent); no human studies exist yet.
Brenipatide
LY-3537031
Weight Loss & Metabolic
Brenipatide (development code LY-3537031) is an investigational, long-acting dual agonist of the GLP-1 and GIP receptors — the same incretin family as tirzepatide. Developed by Eli Lilly, it is in clinical research both for weight management and, more unusually, for conditions involving craving and addiction (e.g. alcohol cravings), because GLP-1 receptors are also present in the brain's reward circuitry. It is not approved by the FDA or EMA.
How to use this peptide library
Use this page as a map: begin with definitions, compare mechanisms, then move to compound pages only for research context and bibliography.
For concentration math, reconstitution examples and U-100 unit conversions, use the calculator and reconstitution resources as neutral educational tools.
