Sermorelin (15mg)
Sermorelin is a GHRH (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone) analog that stimulates the pituitary gland's natural production of growth hormone. Reconstitute with 3mL of bacteriostatic water for a concentration of 5.0mg/mL (500mcg per 10 units).

How It Works
Sermorelin binds to GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland, triggering the pulsatile release of growth hormone. This increases IGF-1 levels, improving tissue repair, fat metabolism, and protein synthesis.
Quick Start
- Typical dose: 200–300mcg subcutaneously, before bed
- Frequency: Daily or 5 days/week
- Storage: 2–8°C after reconstitution, use within 28 days
Dosing Table — Sermorelin 15mg
Route: Subcutaneous injection | Frequency: Daily, before bed
| Week | Dose | Units (per injection) |
|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | 200mcg | 4 Units (0.04 mL) |
| 3–4 | 250mcg | 5 Units (0.05 mL) |
| 5+ | 300mcg | 6 Units (0.06 mL) |
Studies report administration before bed on an empty stomach for optimal pulsatile GH release. Avoid food for 2 hours prior. The 15mg vial provides ~50 doses of 300mcg.

Reconstitution Steps
- Wipe the vial and bacteriostatic water stoppers with an alcohol swab.
- Draw 3mL of bacteriostatic water into a syringe.
- Slowly inject down the side of the vial — do not shake.
- Gently swirl until fully dissolved.
- Store in the refrigerator (2–8°C). Use within 28 days.
Protocol Overview
- Sermorelin mimics the action of natural GHRH, stimulating the pituitary gland to secrete growth hormone.
- It preserves the natural feedback mechanism, minimizing the risk of excessive GH.
- The 15mg vial is the most cost-effective for long-term cycles (6+ months).
Dosing Protocol
- Start with 200mcg/day and titrate up to 300mcg.
- Administer before bed on an empty stomach.
- Cycle: 3–6 months on, 1 month off.
- Can be combined with Ipamorelin or GHRP-2 for synergistic action.
- Break between cycles: After a cycle (3–6 months), a washout period of 4–8 weeks is recommended. The break prevents GHRH receptor tolerance and allows for evaluation of results.
Washout & Cycle Restart
When can I restart?
After a cycle (3–6 months), a washout period of 4–8 weeks is recommended. The break prevents GHRH receptor tolerance and allows for evaluation of results.
Minimum wait period: 4 weeks
Storage Instructions
- Lyophilized powder: room temperature or refrigerator.
- Reconstituted solution: 2–8°C, use within 28 days.
- Do not freeze after reconstitution.
Important Notes
- Avoid high-fat or high-carbohydrate meals 2 hours before administration.
- Sleep quality typically improves within 1–2 weeks.
- Consult a physician before use, especially if you have a history of neoplasia.
- Larger vial = fewer vial changes and lower cost per dose.
Potential Benefits & Side Effects
Potential Benefits:
- Increased natural growth hormone production
- Improved sleep quality
- Enhanced muscle growth and recovery
- Reduced body fat
- Improved skin elasticity
Potential Side Effects:
- Injection site irritation
- Transient headache
- Flushing
- Rarely: dizziness or nausea
⚠️ Serious Warnings & Long-Term Risks
The following warnings are based on published literature, FDA labels, and post-marketing surveillance. They do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional.
Theoretical risk (IGF-1 elevation)
As a GHRH analogue, increases GH/IGF-1. Same theoretical concern as exogenous GH, but to a lesser degree due to physiological regulation.
