    How It Works

NAD+ is an essential coenzyme for mitochondrial energy production, DNA repair via PARP, sirtuin activation, and cellular metabolism.

    Quick Start

    • Typical dose: 50–100 mg subcutaneously, 3× weekly.
    • Frequency: 3×/week (e.g. Mon/Wed/Fri)
    • Storage: 2–8°C after reconstitution

Subcutaneous administration 3 times weekly (e.g. Mon/Wed/Fri): 50 mg in weeks 1–2, then 100 mg. The injection may cause transient stinging — inject slowly. There is no clinical protocol for subcutaneous NAD+; this schedule reflects reported practice.

    Reconstitution Steps

    1. Clean vial tops with an alcohol swab.
    2. Draw up 10mL of bacteriostatic water.
    3. Slowly inject into the vial wall.
    4. Gently swirl until fully dissolved.
    5. Store refrigerated (2–8°C).

    Protocol Overview

    • Largest vial — the same schedule as the 250/500 mg vials, for more weeks.
    • Activates sirtuin, PARP, and CD38 pathways.
    • Reverses age-related NAD+ decline.

    Dosing Protocol

    • Start: 50 mg 3×/wk (Wks 1–2).
    • Maintenance: 100 mg 3×/wk (Wks 3–8).
    • Weekly amount: 150 mg (Wks 1–2) → 300 mg.
    • Cycle: 4–8 weeks, subcutaneous only.
    • Break between cycles: After 4–8 weeks, a 4-week pause before the next cycle.

    Washout & Cycle Restart

    When can I restart?

After 4–8 weeks, a 4-week pause before the next cycle.

    Minimum wait period: 4 weeks

    Storage Instructions

    • Reconstituted: 2–8°C, use within 21 days.
    • Powder: 2–8°C or -20°C.

    Important Notes

    • Administer morning/afternoon, not evening.
    • Supplement with TMG (trimethylglycine).

    ⚠️ Serious Warnings & Long-Term Risks

The following warnings are based on published literature, FDA labels, and post-marketing surveillance. They do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional.

    🎗️ Cancer Markers
    🟡 Moderate / Theoretical

Metabolism enhancement — potential tumor protection

NAD+ elevation may theoretically benefit cancer cells by enhancing their energy metabolism (Warburg effect). Some studies show that NAMPT inhibition (NAD synthesis enzyme) suppresses oncogenesis.

    ⚠️ Other
    🟡 Moderate / Theoretical

Flushing & GI discomfort with IV administration

IV NAD+ commonly causes chest tightness, flushing, nausea, cramps. Subcutaneous administration reduces these but with local pain.
