    How It Works

VIP acts via VPAC1/VPAC2 receptors, reducing inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-6), regulating T-regulatory cells, and improving pulmonary function. It promotes vasodilation and regulates circadian rhythm.

    Quick Start

    • Reconstitution: Add 2.0 mL of BAC water → 5.0 mg/mL.
    • Typical dose: 25–50 mcg subcutaneously, 1–2×/day.
    • Storage: −20 °C (powder); 2–8 °C (solution), use within 14 days.

    Reconstitution Steps

    1. Wipe the vial stoppers with an alcohol swab.
    2. Draw up 2.0 mL of bacteriostatic water.
    3. Slowly inject down the side of the vial—this is an extremely sensitive peptide.
    4. Gently swirl, do not shake.
    5. Store in the refrigerator (2–8 °C) or freeze in aliquots.

    Protocol Overview

    • Goal: Anti-inflammatory action, immunomodulation, neuroprotection.
    • Schedule: 1–2× daily subcutaneously × 4–8 weeks.
    • Note: Associated with the Shoemaker protocol for CIRS.

    Dosing Protocol

    • Dose: 25–50 mcg per injection.
    • Frequency: 1–2×/day subcutaneously.
    • Titration: Start with 25 mcg 1×/day, increase to 50 mcg after 2 weeks.
    • Cycle: 4–8 weeks.
    • Break between cycles: After the cycle, a 4–6 week break is recommended. VIP significantly regulates immunological pathways—use only under medical guidance.

    Washout & Cycle Restart

    When can I restart?

After the cycle, a 4–6 week break is recommended. VIP significantly regulates immunological pathways—use only under medical guidance.

    Minimum wait period: 4 weeks

    Storage Instructions

    • Powder: −20 °C.
    • Reconstituted: 2–8 °C, use within 14 days.
    • Ideally, freeze in aliquots to extend shelf-life.

    Important Notes

    • Extremely sensitive peptide—avoid room temperature.
    • May cause hypotension—start low.
    • Use under medical guidance, especially in the context of CIRS.
