    How It Works

TB-500 interacts with actin to regulate cell migration, stem cell differentiation, and the inflammatory response. Preclinical studies show improved healing of skin, tendons, and cardiac tissue.

    Quick Start

    • Reconstitution: Add 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 2 mg/mL concentration.
    • Loading (Wks 1–4): 2 mg twice weekly (4 mg/week).
    • Maintenance (Wks 5–8): 2 mg once weekly.
    • Easy measurement: At 2 mg/mL, 2 mg = 100 units (1.00 mL) on a U-100 syringe — the whole vial.
    • Storage: Lyophilized: −20 °C; reconstituted: 2–8 °C, use within 28 days.

    Reconstitution Steps

    1. Draw 1.0 mL of bacteriostatic water.
    2. Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming.
    3. Swirl gently until fully dissolved — do not shake.
    4. Note the reconstitution date and refrigerate at 2–8 °C.

    Protocol Overview

    • Literature-reported scope: Tissue repair, anti-inflammatory activity and angiogenesis (mostly preclinical data).
    • Literature-described schedule: Loading 2 mg × 2/week for 4 weeks, maintenance 2 mg × 1/week.
    • Doses per vial: 1 × 2 mg (one vial per injection).

    Dosing Protocol

    • Loading (Weeks 1–4): 2 mg × 2/week = 4 mg/week.
    • Maintenance (Weeks 5–8): 2 mg × 1/week.
    • Literature-described break: 4–6 weeks after the cycle.
    • There is no validated human dosing — research context only.
    • Break between cycles: After the 8-week cycle, the literature describes a 4–6 week break.

    Washout & Cycle Restart

    When can I restart?

After the 8-week cycle, the literature describes a 4–6 week break.

    Minimum wait period: 4 weeks

    Storage Instructions

    • Lyophilized: −20 °C in dry, dark conditions.
    • Reconstituted: 2–8 °C; use within 28 days.
    • Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

    Important Notes

    • The 2 mg vial is ideal for trial cycles.
    • Clinical data in humans is limited.

    ⚠️ Serious Warnings & Long-Term Risks

The following warnings are based on published literature, FDA labels, and post-marketing surveillance. They do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional.

    🎗️ Cancer Markers
    🟡 Moderate / Theoretical

    Theoretical concern: angiogenesis

Thymosin β4 regulates angiogenesis and cell migration. Theoretical concern that it may favor growth of existing tumors, though no clinical evidence exists.
