    How It Works

BPC-157 regulates nitric oxide pathways and growth factor expression to promote angiogenesis and collagen deposition in damaged tissues. Animal models report accelerated healing of gut, tendon, ligament, and muscle injuries.

    Quick Start

    • Reconstitution: Add 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 2.0 mg/mL concentration.
    • Typical Daily Range: 200–500 mcg once daily (gradual titration).
    • Storage: Lyophilized: freeze at −20 °C; post-reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8 °C.

    Reconstitution Steps

    1. Withdraw 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe.
    2. Inject slowly down the side of the vial; avoid frothing.
    3. Gently swirl until fully dissolved.
    4. Date the vial and refrigerate at 2–8 °C.

    Protocol Overview

    • Goal: Support tissue healing based on preclinical evidence.
    • Schedule: Daily subcutaneous injections for 4–8 weeks.

    Dosing Protocol

    • Initiation: 200 mcg daily; increase by 100 mcg every 2 weeks.
    • Target: 300–500 mcg daily by Weeks 3–8.
    • Frequency: Once daily (subcutaneous).
    • Cycle Duration: 4–8 weeks.
    • Break between cycles: After the cycle, a 2–4 week washout period is recommended before repeating.

    Washout & Cycle Restart

    When can I restart?

After the cycle, a 2–4 week washout period is recommended before repeating.

    Minimum wait period: 2 weeks

    Storage Instructions

    • Lyophilized: Store at −20 °C in dry, dark conditions.
    • Reconstituted: Refrigerate at 2–8 °C; use within 14 days.
    • Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening.

    Important Notes

    • The 2 mg vial is ideal for trial or short cycles.
    • Human data on BPC-157 is preliminary.

    • Supports tissue repair in multiple injury models (animal data).
    • Anti-inflammatory and cytoprotective properties.
    • Well-tolerated with no severe adverse events (Phase I).
    • Low injection volume (1 mL reconstitution).

    Potential Side Effects:

    • Injection site reactions: redness, swelling, stinging (15–25%).
    • Transient nausea (5–10%, primarily the first week).
    • Dizziness (3–7%, rare).
    • Human clinical data is very limited.
