BPC-157 (5 mg) & GHK-Cu (50 mg) (Stack)
BPC-157 (gastric peptide, angiogenesis/VEGF) and GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide, collagen/gene regulation) are combined for synergistic tissue repair: BPC-157 targets systemic healing, GHK-Cu targets skin remodeling/regeneration.

How It Works
**BPC-157** regulates the NO-system and VEGFR2/Akt-eNOS pathway for angiogenesis and collagen deposition. **GHK-Cu** regulates over 4,000 genes related to collagen, decorin, antioxidant defense, and anti-inflammatory responses. The combination provides: BPC-157 → systemic wound healing + GHK-Cu → tissue remodeling and dermal regeneration.
Quick Start
- BPC-157: Add 3.0 mL BAC water → ~1.67 mg/mL.
- GHK-Cu: Add 3.0 mL BAC water → ~16.67 mg/mL.
- BPC-157: 200–600 mcg 1×/day subcutaneously.
- GHK-Cu: 1.0–2.0 mg 5 days/wk subcutaneously.
- Storage: BPC-157: 2–8 °C. GHK-Cu: 2–8 °C, within 30 days.
BPC-157 (Daily) & GHK-Cu (5 days/wk) Dosing

Studies report administration BPC-157 near the site of injury if possible. Inject GHK-Cu at a consistent time. They can be injected on the same day at different sites.

⚠️ Units change depending on BAC water — always verify before administration. Based on
- BPC-157: Withdraw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water → ~1.67 mg/mL.
- GHK-Cu: Withdraw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water → ~16.67 mg/mL.
- Label peptide, date; refrigerate 2–8 °C.
Protocol Overview
- Goal: Tissue repair + skin regeneration via a dual mechanism.
- BPC-157: Angiogenesis, VEGF, gastroprotection, tendon healing.
- GHK-Cu: Collagen, elastin, regulation of 4,000+ genes, antioxidant defense.
Dosing Protocol
- BPC-157: 200 mcg/day → titrate to 600 mcg/day. Near injury site.
- GHK-Cu: 1.0 mg/day × 5 days/wk → 1.5–2.0 mg after 4 weeks.
- Timing: BPC-157 anytime; GHK-Cu at a consistent time.
- Break between cycles: After the cycle, a washout period of 2–4 weeks is recommended. This pause helps in assessing results and preventing potential tolerance to BPC-157.
Washout & Cycle Restart
When can I restart?
After the cycle, a washout period of 2–4 weeks is recommended. This pause helps in assessing results and preventing potential tolerance to BPC-157.
Minimum wait period: 2 weeks
Storage Instructions
- Lyophilized: −20 °C.
- Reconstituted: 2–8 °C; BPC-157 within ~14 days, GHK-Cu within 30 days.
Important Notes
- Inject BPC-157 near the injury site if feasible.
- Can be administered concurrently at different sites.

- BPC-157: mild injection site reactions (redness, itching).
- GHK-Cu: mild site reaction, transient redness.
⚠️ Serious Warnings & Long-Term Risks
The following warnings are based on published literature, FDA labels, and post-marketing surveillance. They do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional.
Theoretical concern: angiogenesis & oncogenesis
BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis (VEGF upregulation). May theoretically enhance blood supply to existing tumors. No clinical data in humans.
📄 J Physiol Pharmacol 2010Angiogenesis & tissue remodeling
GHK-Cu promotes angiogenesis, tissue regeneration, and increases collagen/elastin. Theoretical concern for enhancing existing tumors, though no clinical signal exists.
