    How It Works

Tα1 activates dendritic cells, increases CD4+/CD8+ T-cells, regulates NK cells, and enhances phagocytic capacity. It acts as an immunomodulator.

    Quick Start

    • Typical dose: 1.6 mg subcutaneously (Zadaxin® dose)
    • Frequency: 2x/week
    • Storage: 2–8°C after reconstitution

    Reconstitution Steps

    1. Clean the vial stoppers with an alcohol wipe.
    2. Draw up 2.5mL of bacteriostatic water.
    3. Slowly inject down the side of the vial.
    4. Gently swirl until fully dissolved.
    5. Store in the refrigerator (2–8°C).

    Protocol Overview

    • Tα1 enhances T-cells, NK cells, and dendritic cells.
    • Pharmaceutically approved in 30+ countries as Zadaxin®.
    • Used for hepatitis B/C, HIV, and immune stimulation in cancer.

    Dosing Protocol

    • Literature dose: 1.6 mg (Zadaxin®), 2x/week.
    • Cycle: 4–12 weeks, or continuous under medical supervision.
    • One 5 mg vial covers 3 doses (~1.5 weeks).
    • Break between cycles: After a cycle (4–12 weeks), a washout period of 4–8 weeks is recommended. Thymosin Alpha-1 regulates the immune system — the pause prevents overstimulation.

    Washout & Cycle Restart

    When can I restart?

After a cycle (4–12 weeks), a washout period of 4–8 weeks is recommended. Thymosin Alpha-1 regulates the immune system — the pause prevents overstimulation.

    Minimum wait period: 4 weeks

    Storage Instructions

    • Reconstituted: 2–8°C, use within 28 days.
    • Powder: -20°C.

    Important Notes

    • Extremely well-tolerated — rare side effects.
    • Enhances immune response to vaccinations.
    • Caution in autoimmune diseases.
