    How It Works

SS-31 binds to cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane, stabilizing respiratory complexes. It improves electron flow, increases ATP, reduces ROS, and prevents mitochondrial dysfunction.

    Quick Start

    • Reconstitution: Add 2.5 mL bacteriostatic water → 20 mg/mL.
    • Typical dose: 5–20 mg daily.
    • Easy measurement: At 20 mg/mL, 5 units = 1 mg.
    • Storage: −20 °C / 2–8 °C after reconstitution.

    Reconstitution Steps

    1. Draw 2.5 mL of bacteriostatic water.
    2. Inject slowly down the side of the vial.
    3. Gently swirl.
    4. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C.

    Protocol Overview

    • Goal: Mitochondrial restoration at higher doses.
    • Schedule: Daily for 4–8 weeks.

    Dosing Protocol

    • Start: 5 mg/day × 2 weeks.
    • Increase: 10 mg, then 20 mg/day.
    • Cycle: 4–8 weeks.
    • Break between cycles: After the cycle (4–8 weeks), a 4–6 week pause is recommended. SS-31 targets mitochondria — the pause prevents tolerance.

    Washout & Cycle Restart

    When can I restart?

After the cycle (4–8 weeks), a 4–6 week pause is recommended. SS-31 targets mitochondria — the pause prevents tolerance.

    Minimum wait period: 4 weeks

    Storage Instructions

    • Lyophilized: −20 °C.
    • Reconstituted: 2–8 °C · use within 3 weeks.

    Important Notes

    • Larger injection volumes — may be split into 2 sites.
    • Use sterile technique.
