    How It Works

SS-31 penetrates the mitochondrial membrane and binds to cardiolipin, stabilizing the respiratory complexes. It improves electron flow, increases ATP production, reduces ROS, and prevents mitochondrial dysfunction.

    Quick Start

    • Reconstitution: Add 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 10 mg/mL concentration.
    • Range reported in research sources: 5 mg to 10 mg once daily, increased gradually.
    • Easy measurement: At 10 mg/mL, 10 mg = 100 units (1.00 mL) on a U-100 syringe.
    • Storage: −20 °C / 2–8 °C after reconstitution.

Research sources report subcutaneous administration once daily, increased gradually from 5 mg to 10 mg. The values are calculation examples from research sources, not validated human dosing.

    Reconstitution Steps

    1. Draw 3.0 mL of bacteriostatic water.
    2. Inject slowly down the side of the vial.
    3. Gently swirl.
    4. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C.

    Protocol Overview

    • Goal: Mitochondrial restoration, ATP enhancement, cardioprotection.
    • Schedule reported in research sources: 5 mg to 10 mg subcutaneously, once daily, increased gradually over 8 weeks.
    • Vials for the full schedule: about 17 vials of 30 mg (≈490 mg in total).

    Dosing Protocol

    • Weeks 1–2: 5 mg once daily.
    • Weeks 3–8: 10 mg once daily.
    • Cycle: 4–8 weeks.
    • There is no validated human dosing — research context only.
    • Break between cycles: After the cycle (4–8 weeks), a washout period of 4–6 weeks is recommended. SS-31 targets mitochondria — the pause helps prevent tolerance.

    Washout & Cycle Restart

    When can I restart?

After the cycle (4–8 weeks), a washout period of 4–6 weeks is recommended. SS-31 targets mitochondria — the pause helps prevent tolerance.

    Minimum wait period: 4 weeks

    Storage Instructions

    • Lyophilized: −20 °C.
    • Reconstituted: 2–8 °C · within 3 weeks.

    Important Notes

    • Use sterile technique.
