SLU-PP-332 Oral (500 mcg capsule)
SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic agonist of the ERRα, ERRβ and ERRγ receptors. All the in vivo data we examined come from mice given intraperitoneal doses. For administration by mouth there is no published schedule based on a study.

How It Works
In mice, activation of the ERR receptors increased the expression of fatty acid metabolism genes and oxidative muscle fibers (Billon 2023, Billon 2024).
Quick Start
- Oral schedule in a study: none.
- Human data: none.
- Bioavailability: a 2026 paper from the group that developed the molecule says it lacks oral bioavailability and describes a different molecule, SLU-PP-915, as orally active.
What is published on the oral dose
Route: By mouth (per os), with no support from a study | Frequency: No documented schedule
Only peptidedosingprotocols.com lists schedules by mouth, from "up to 1.5 mg" to 100 mg once daily, and labels them community practice with no controlled data (accessed 31/10/2026). peptidedosages.com and peptidedosage.org have no oral schedule. There is no second source to put these figures in a table.
Related compounds
Protocol Overview
- The molecule was designed as an agonist of the ERR receptors, which regulate energy metabolism (Billon 2023).
- The mouse studies gave the substance intraperitoneally, so their results do not carry over to oral administration.
- Billon 2023 states that authors hold shares in the company developing the molecule.
Dosing Protocol
- No study defines an oral dose in any species.
- The gap between the mouse doses, the community reports and the 500 mcg of the capsule has not been examined in any published paper.
Storage Instructions
- No published stability data were found for SLU-PP-332 capsules.
Important Notes
- There are no human data for any route of administration.
- Billon 2026 says the molecule lacks oral bioavailability. The same paper describes SLU-PP-915, a different molecule, as orally active. We know of no study showing the opposite for SLU-PP-332.
- The substance has not been approved by the FDA or the EMA.
Potential Benefits & Side Effects
Potential Benefits:
- In mice, intraperitoneally: more oxidative muscle fibers and greater running endurance (Billon 2023)
- In mice, intraperitoneally: studies in models of heart failure and metabolic syndrome (Xu 2024, Billon 2024)
Potential Side Effects:
- The safety profile in humans is unknown.
⚠️ Serious Warnings & Long-Term Risks
The following warnings are based on published literature, FDA labels, and post-marketing surveillance. They do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional.
ERRα agonist — unclear long-term safety
As an ERRα agonist, mimics exercise metabolically. No human studies. Theoretical risk of metabolic dysregulation with chronic use.
