    How It Works

PNC-27 contains an HDM-2 binding domain (a p53 inhibitor) and an amphipathic sequence. It binds to HDM-2 on the surface of cancer cells, forming pores in the membrane that lead to necrosis. Healthy cells do not overexpress HDM-2 and are therefore unaffected.

    Quick Start

    • Reconstitution: Add 1.5 mL of bacteriostatic water → 20 mg/mL.
    • Typical dose: 1–3 mg daily.
    • Easy measurement: At 20 mg/mL, 5 units = 1 mg.
    • Storage: −20 °C / 2–8 °C after reconstitution.

    Protocol Overview

    • Objective: Research protocol for antineoplastic action.
    • Schedule: Daily injections for 4–8 weeks.
    • Mechanism: Targeted destruction of cells overexpressing HDM-2.

    Dosing Protocol

    • Start: 1 mg/day.
    • Increase: 2 mg after 2 weeks.
    • Target: 3 mg/day for weeks 5–8.
    • Break between cycles: After the cycle (4–8 weeks), a washout period of 4–6 weeks is recommended. Research use only — medical evaluation is required before restarting.

    Washout & Cycle Restart

    When can I restart?

After the cycle (4–8 weeks), a washout period of 4–6 weeks is recommended. Research use only — medical evaluation is required before restarting.
