5-Amino-1MQ Oral
5-Amino-1-Methylquinolinium (5-Amino-1MQ) is an orally active inhibitor of the enzyme NNMT (Nicotinamide N-methyltransferase). NNMT inhibition increases NAD+ levels in adipocytes, promoting lipolysis and metabolic activity. Preclinical data show a reduction in body fat and an increase in energy expenditure.
