Tesamorelin
Tesamorelin (Egrifta®) is a synthetic 44-amino acid GHRH analog, FDA-approved (2010) for reducing visceral fat. It acts by binding to GHRH receptors on the anterior pituitary, inducing pulsatile secretion of growth hormone (GH) without suppressing the natural axis. Reconstitute with 2mL of bacteriostatic water for a concentration of 2.5mg/mL (250mcg per 10 units).

Tesamorelin (Egrifta®) is an FDA-approved 44-amino acid GHRH analogue for visceral fat reduction. The 10mg vial is the most cost-effective option for typical cycles. Reconstitute with 2mL of bacteriostatic water for a concentration of 5mg/mL (500mcg per 10 units).

The Tesamorelin (Egrifta®) 20mg is the largest available vial, ideal for 3–6 month long cycles. It provides 10 full 2mg doses, minimizing reconstitutions. Reconstitute with 2mL of bacteriostatic water for a 10mg/mL concentration (1mg per 10 units).
