    How It Works

**GHK-Cu** activates 4,000+ genes related to collagen, elastin synthesis, and antioxidant enzymes (SOD, glutathione). **BPC-157** promotes angiogenesis via VEGFR2/FAK signaling, enhancing tissue perfusion. **Epithalon** activates telomerase (hTERT), elongating telomeres in somatic cells. The combination targets: extracellular matrix (GHK-Cu) + vascular repair (BPC-157) + cellular aging (Epithalon).

    Quick Start

    • GHK-Cu: 1–2 mg SC, 1×/day (morning)
    • BPC-157: 250–500 mcg SC, 1–2×/day
    • Epithalon: 5 mg SC, 1×/day (evening) × 10–20 days
    • Cycle: 4–6 weeks, 2×/year

Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water): Glow Stack (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + Epithalon) is hydrophilic and dissolves easily in BAC water (sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol). Benzyl alcohol prevents bacterial growth, allowing multiple draws from the same vial.
    1. GHK-Cu 50mg: 2.5 mL BAC water → 20 mg/mL.
    2. BPC-157 5mg: 2 mL BAC water → 2.5 mg/mL.
    3. Epithalon 10mg: 2 mL BAC water → 5 mg/mL.

    • Goal: Multi-level tissue regeneration via 3 distinct mechanisms.
    • Trending 2026 stack in literature (PeptideRundown Feb 2026, BioTech Peptides Mar 2026).
    • Status: Purely research-grade — no official clinical trials exist.

    Dosing Protocol

    • GHK-Cu: 1mg wks 1–2 → 2mg wks 3+, daily morning.
    • BPC-157: 250mcg×2 loading wks 1–2 → 500mcg×2 wks 3–4 → 500mcg×1 maintenance.

    ⚠️ Serious Warnings & Long-Term Risks

The following warnings are based on published literature, FDA labels, and post-marketing surveillance. They do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional.

    🎗️ Cancer Markers
    🟡 Moderate / Theoretical

Telomerase & oncogenesis — conflicting data

Epithalon activates telomerase (hTERT). While it appeared anti-cancer in animal models, telomerase activation is considered a hallmark of cancer. No long-term human studies exist.

📄 Bull Exp Biol Med 2003; Khavinson VK
    🎗️ Cancer Markers
    🟡 Moderate / Theoretical

    Theoretical concern: angiogenesis & oncogenesis

BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis (VEGF upregulation). May theoretically enhance blood supply to existing tumors. No clinical data in humans.

    📄 J Physiol Pharmacol 2010
    🎗️ Cancer Markers
    🟡 Moderate / Theoretical

    Angiogenesis & tissue remodeling

GHK-Cu promotes angiogenesis, tissue regeneration, and increases collagen/elastin. Theoretical concern for enhancing existing tumors, though no clinical signal exists.
