Dihexa + Semax + Cerebrolysin (10mg + 5mg + 60mg)
A combination of three neurotrophic peptides for maximum cognitive enhancement and neuroprotection. Dihexa enhances synaptogenesis via HGF/c-Met, Semax increases BDNF/NGF, and Cerebrolysin provides neuropeptide growth factors. Three different mechanisms—one target.

How It Works
The combination works via three complementary mechanisms: **Dihexa** activates the HGF/c-Met receptor, promoting the formation of new synapses (synaptogenesis). **Semax** increases BDNF and NGF levels, enhancing neural plasticity and memory. **Cerebrolysin** provides ready-made neuropeptide growth factors that mimic the action of CNTF, GDNF, and IGF-1, supporting neural survival and regeneration. Together, they cover both the creation of new connections and the protection of existing neurons.
Quick Start
- Dihexa: 10mg sublingually, 1x/day (morning)
- Semax: 200–600mcg intranasally, 2x/day
- Cerebrolysin: 5ml IM, 5x/week
- Cycle: 4–6 weeks

Dilution Selection
Peptides come in 3 mL, 5 mL or 10 mL vials. If your vial is smaller, the water amount adjusts automatically.
Dihexa (10 mg)
Semax (5 mg)
Cerebrolysin (60 mg)
⚠️ Units change depending on BAC water — always verify before administration. Based on
- Dihexa: Administered in capsules or sublingual tablets—no reconstitution required.
- Semax: Comes in a nasal spray—ready to use.
- Cerebrolysin: Comes in 5ml ampules—ready for IM injection, no dilution required.
Protocol Overview
- This stack combines three different mechanisms of neurocognitive enhancement:
- Dihexa — Angiotensin IV derivative, ~10 million times more potent than BDNF in synaptogenesis. Activates HGF/c-Met.
- Semax — Synthetic ACTH(4-10) analogue, increases BDNF, NGF, and dopamine. Approved in Russia.
- Cerebrolysin — Enzymatically derived peptide fractions of neural tissue, mimics the action of neurotrophic factors. Approved in 40+ countries.
- The combination targets: synaptogenesis (Dihexa), neurotrophic signaling (Semax), and neural regeneration (Cerebrolysin).
Dosing Protocol
- Wk 1 — Introduction: Start with low doses to assess tolerance.
- Dihexa 5mg sublingually in the morning, Semax 200mcg/nostril morning+noon, Cerebrolysin 5ml IM.
- Wk 2 — Titration: Increase Dihexa to 10mg, Semax to 400mcg.
- Wk 3–6 — Full Dose: Dihexa 10mg, Semax 600mcg, Cerebrolysin 5ml.
- Cerebrolysin is administered 5 days/week (Mon-Fri) with a pause on weekends.
- Monitor cognitive performance, energy, sleep quality.
- Break between cycles: After the cycle (4–6 weeks), a washout period of 6–8 weeks is recommended. Dihexa enhances HGF/c-Met and Cerebrolysin provides neurotrophic factors—the pause prevents overstimulation and allows for assessment of results.
Washout & Cycle Restart
When can I restart?
After the cycle (4–6 weeks), a washout period of 6–8 weeks is recommended. Dihexa enhances HGF/c-Met and Cerebrolysin provides neurotrophic factors—the pause prevents overstimulation and allows for assessment of results.
Minimum wait period: 6 weeks
Storage Instructions
- Dihexa: -20°C powder, 2–8°C after opening.
- Semax: 2–8°C, away from light. Use within 30 days after opening.
- Cerebrolysin: Room temperature (up to 25°C), away from light. Do not use opened ampules.
Important Notes
- Investigational stack—no clinical studies exist for this specific triple combination.
- Dihexa may enhance angiogenesis—avoid in case of cancer history.
- Cerebrolysin contains animal-derived proteins—potential for allergy.
- Do not combine with MAOIs or potent serotonergics.
- Medical supervision is required throughout the cycle.
- Assess cognitive baseline before the cycle (e.g., MoCA test).

⚠️ Serious Warnings & Long-Term Risks
The following warnings are based on published literature, FDA labels, and post-marketing surveillance. They do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional.
Neurotrophic action — allergic reactions
As a peptide mixture from porcine brain, carries risk of allergic reactions. Rarely: dizziness, headache. Cochrane Review concluded 'insufficient evidence' for Alzheimer's.
📄 Cochrane Database Syst Rev 2015Potent angiogenesis & potential oncogenesis
Dihexa is 10⁷× more potent than BDNF at c-Met/HGF binding. The c-Met receptor is a known oncogene — overexpressed in many cancers. No safety profile in humans.
📄 J Pharmacol Exp Ther 2013Unclear neurotoxicity
As an extremely potent c-Met agonist without human trials, neurotoxicity cannot be excluded. Excessive neural growth may be pathological.
📄 J Pharmacol Exp Ther 2013Neurotrophic action — uncertain long-term effects
Semax increases BDNF, NGF, and modifies dopaminergic/serotonergic signaling. Long-term use may theoretically alter neuroplasticity. No studies >6 months in humans.
