    How It Works

**AOD-9604** activates lipolysis via beta-3 adrenergic receptors, increasing fatty acid release without raising IGF-1. **MOTS-C** activates AMPK (AMP-activated protein kinase), improves mitochondrial beta-oxidation, increases GLUT4 transport, and reduces de novo lipogenesis. Together, the two peptides act on **complementary metabolic pathways**: AOD on adipocytes (lipolysis) and MOTS-C on mitochondria (metabolic regulation).

    Quick Start

    • AOD-9604: 300 mcg SC, 1x/day (fasted, in the morning)
    • MOTS-C: 5 mg SC, 3x/week (on workout days)
    • Cycle: 8–12 weeks
    • Storage: Refrigerator 2–8°C after reconstitution

AOD-9604: daily in the morning, fasted (30 minutes before food). MOTS-C: 3x/week in the morning, in studies typically on days involving physical activity.

Peptides come in 3 mL, 5 mL or 10 mL vials. If your vial is smaller, the water amount adjusts automatically.

⚠️ Units change depending on BAC water — always verify before administration. Based on

Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water): AOD-9604 + MOTS-C is hydrophilic and dissolves easily in BAC water (sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol). Benzyl alcohol prevents bacterial growth, allowing multiple draws from the same vial.
    1. AOD-9604 (5 mg): Add 2.0 mL BAC water → 2.5 mg/mL.
    2. MOTS-C (10 mg): Add 2.0 mL BAC water → 5 mg/mL.

    Protocol Overview

    • AOD-9604 is a modified fragment (176-191) of HGH, specialized for lipolysis without anabolic/hyperglycemic effects.
    • MOTS-C (Mitochondrial ORF of the Twelve S rRNA type-c) is a 16-amino acid mitochondrial peptide that regulates glucose, lipid metabolism, and insulin sensitivity.
    • The combination: direct lipolysis (AOD) + metabolic optimization (MOTS-C) = a holistic approach to fat loss.

    Dosing Protocol

    • AOD-9604: 250–300 mcg SC, 1x/day, fasted in the morning.
    • MOTS-C: 5 mg SC, 3x/week (Mon-Wed-Fri or on workout days).
    • Cycle: 8–12 weeks → 4-week break.
    • MOTS-C is administered in the morning for optimal metabolic action.
    • Break between cycles: 4-week break for metabolic reset.

    Washout & Cycle Restart

    When can I restart?

    4-week break for metabolic reset.

    Minimum wait period: 4 weeks

    Storage Instructions

    • Lyophilized: −20 °C (12–24 months).
    • Reconstituted: 2–8 °C, use within 4 weeks.

    Important Notes

    • MOTS-C activates AMPK — avoid concurrent administration of exogenous insulin.
    • AOD-9604 is administered in a fasted state — insulin inhibits lipolysis.
    • Ideal for metabolic syndrome / insulin resistance.
    • Monitoring of fasting glucose and HbA1c is recommended.
