    How It Works

**AOD-9604** activates lipolysis via β3-adrenergic receptors, increasing the release of fatty acids from adipocytes without affecting glucose metabolism. Simultaneously, **BPC-157** upregulates VEGF (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor), promotes angiogenesis, and accelerates the repair of tendons, ligaments, and muscle tissues via the FAK-paxillin pathway. The synergistic action provides simultaneous lipolysis and tissue regeneration.

    Quick Start

    • AOD-9604: 300 mcg SC, 1x/day (morning, fasted)
    • BPC-157: 250 mcg SC, 2x/day (morning + evening)
    • Cycle: 8–12 weeks
    • Storage: Refrigerator 2–8°C after reconstitution

    Protocol Overview

    • AOD-9604 is a modified fragment (amino acids 176-191) of human growth hormone, designed to retain its lipolytic properties without anabolic effects.
    • BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a pentadecapeptide (15 amino acids) derived from gastric juice, known for its potent regenerative properties.
    • Their combination simultaneously targets: lipolysis + tissue repair + anti-inflammatory action.

    Dosing Protocol

    • AOD-9604: 250–300 mcg subcutaneously, 1x/day, in the morning (fasted, 30 minutes before food).
    • BPC-157: 250 mcg subcutaneously, 2x/day (morning + evening). For local injuries, inject near the site.
    • Cycle: 8–12 weeks, followed by a 4-week pause.
    • Break between cycles: 4-week pause between cycles to prevent metabolic adaptation.

    Washout & Cycle Restart

    When can I restart?

4-week pause between cycles to prevent metabolic adaptation.

    Minimum wait period: 4 weeks

    Storage Instructions

    • Lyophilized powder: −20 °C (up to 24 months).
    • Reconstituted solution: 2–8 °C (refrigerator), use within 4 weeks.
    • Protect from light and repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

    Important Notes

    • AOD-9604 does not affect IGF-1 levels or blood glucose.
    • BPC-157 acts via the FAK-paxillin pathway and the NO system.
    • The combination does not interact negatively — the two peptides have entirely different mechanisms.
    • For athletes: check the WADA list — AOD-9604 is NOT included but its status may change.
    Clinical Analysis & Safety

    Potential Benefits & Side Effects

    Potential Benefits:

    • Targeted lipolysis with no effect on muscle mass
    • Accelerated healing of tendons and ligaments
    • Anti-inflammatory action (reduction of TNF-α, IL-6)
    • Improved microcirculation (angiogenesis)
    • Safe combination without drug interactions
    • Does not affect IGF-1, glucose, or cortisol

    Potential Side Effects:

    • Mild redness/itching at the injection site (transient)
    • Rare: headache during the first few days
    • BPC-157: rarely nausea at high doses
    • No serious adverse events have been reported in research protocols
