    How It Works

Thymalin regulates T-lymphocyte differentiation, enhances phagocytosis, increases NK cells, and improves neuroendocrine balance through thymic regeneration.

    Quick Start

    • Typical Dose: 5–10mg subcutaneously
    • Frequency: 1x/day × 10 days
    • Storage: 2–8°C after reconstitution

Classic Khavinson protocol: 10-day cycle, 2x/year. For long-term immunostimulation.

    Reconstitution Steps

    1. Clean the stoppers with an alcohol wipe.
    2. Draw up 2mL of bacteriostatic water.
    3. Slowly inject against the side of the vial wall.
    4. Gently swirl until fully dissolved.
    5. Store in the refrigerator (2–8°C).

    Protocol Overview

    • Thymalin is a bovine thymus gland extract, developed by Prof. Khavinson.
    • Approved in Russia as a pharmaceutical immunostimulant.
    • In Khavinson's studies, it was associated with increased longevity.

    Dosing Protocol

    • 10-day cycle: 5–10mg/day subcutaneously.
    • Repeat 2x/year (e.g., autumn/spring).
    • Maintenance: 5mg, 3x/week.
    • Combined with Epithalon for an anti-aging protocol.
    • Break between cycles: After the cycle (5–10 days), a washout period of 3–6 months is recommended. Thymalin regulates the immune system via the thymus — typically 2 cycles/year.

    Washout & Cycle Restart

    When can I restart?

After the cycle (5–10 days), a washout period of 3–6 months is recommended. Thymalin regulates the immune system via the thymus — typically 2 cycles/year.

    Minimum wait period: 12 weeks

    Storage Instructions

    • Reconstituted: 2–8°C, use within 20 days.
    • Powder: 2–8°C.

    Important Notes

    • Very well tolerated over decades of clinical use.
    • Khavinson's studies show a reduction in mortality in the elderly.
    • Use with caution in autoimmune diseases.

Immunostimulation — caution in autoimmune conditions

As a thymic extract, Thymalin activates T-cells. Contraindicated in autoimmune diseases. Long-term data only from Russian studies.
