    How It Works

Hexarelin binds to the GHS-R1a, causing large GH pulses from the pituitary gland. It also has a direct cardioprotective effect via CD36 receptors.

    Quick Start

    • Typical dose: 100–300mcg subcutaneously
    • Frequency: 2–3x/day
    • Storage: 2–8°C after reconstitution

Desensitization develops after 4–8 weeks. Cycle: 4–8 weeks on, 4 weeks off. Increases cortisol/prolactin.

    Reconstitution Steps

    1. Clean the stoppers with an alcohol wipe.
    2. Draw 2.5mL of bacteriostatic water.
    3. Slowly inject down the side of the vial.
    4. Gently swirl until fully dissolved.
    5. Store in the refrigerator (2–8°C).

    Protocol Overview

    • Hexarelin is a synthetic GHRP with the highest potency for GH stimulation.
    • It acts via the Ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a).
    • Besides GH, it has an independent cardioprotective effect.

    Dosing Protocol

    • Start with 100mcg, 2x/day in a fasted state.
    • Increase to 200–300mcg, 2–3x/day.
    • Cycle: 4–8 weeks on, 4 weeks off (for desensitization).
    • Combining with CJC-1295 significantly enhances the GH pulse.
    • Break between cycles: After a cycle (8–12 weeks), a washout period of 4–8 weeks is recommended. Hexarelin can cause significant tolerance (desensitization) — the washout is critical.

    Washout & Cycle Restart

    When can I restart?

After a cycle (8–12 weeks), a washout period of 4–8 weeks is recommended. Hexarelin can cause significant tolerance (desensitization) — the washout is critical.

    Minimum wait period: 4 weeks

    Storage Instructions

    • Reconstituted: 2–8°C, use within 28 days.
    • Powder: -20°C.

    Important Notes

    • Desensitization is more pronounced than with other GHRPs.
    • Increases cortisol and prolactin more than Ipamorelin/GHRP-2.
    • Not recommended for long-term continuous use.

    🧬 Endocrine
    🟡 Moderate / Theoretical

    Increased cortisol & prolactin

Hexarelin, unlike ipamorelin, increases cortisol and prolactin. Possible gynecomastia with long-term use.
