    How It Works

Mod GRF 1-29 stimulates the GHRH receptor in the pituitary gland, triggering pulsatile secretion of growth hormone. Unlike CJC-1295 DAC, the short half-life preserves the natural pulsatile pattern.

    Quick Start

    • Reconstitution: Add 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 2.0 mg/mL concentration.
    • Typical dose: 100 mcg per injection, 1–3× daily.
    • Storage: −20 °C (powder); 2–8 °C (solution).

1–3× daily, 100 mcg per injection (the bedtime dose first; then also morning or post-exercise). Often studied in combination with GHRP-2 or GHRP-6.

    Reconstitution Steps

    1. Withdraw 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water.
    2. Inject slowly.
    3. Gently swirl.
    4. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C.

    Protocol Overview

    • Goal: Enhance natural growth hormone secretion.
    • Schedule: 100 mcg 1–3× daily for 8–12 weeks.

    Dosing Protocol

    • Dose: 100 mcg per injection.
    • Frequency: 1×/day before bed (Wks 1–2), then 2–3×/day.
    • Combo: With GHRP-2 or Ipamorelin 100 mcg.
    • Cycle: 8–12 weeks.
    • Break between cycles: 4-week break before the next cycle.

    Washout & Cycle Restart

    When can I restart?

4-week break before the next cycle.

    Minimum wait period: 4 weeks

    Storage Instructions

    • Powder: −20 °C.
    • Solution: 2–8 °C, use within 21 days.

    Important Notes

    • Short half-life (~30 minutes) — requires multiple daily doses.
    • Acts synergistically with GHRP peptides.
    • Do not administer near meals (fat inhibits GH).

    Potential Benefits & Side Effects

    Potential Benefits:

    • Physiological pulsatile GH secretion.
    • Synergy with GHRP peptides.
    • Improved protein synthesis and recovery.

    Potential Side Effects:

    • Injection site redness.
    • Sensation of warmth/flushing.
    • Fluid retention (rare).

    ⚠️ Serious Warnings & Long-Term Risks

The following warnings are based on published literature, FDA labels, and post-marketing surveillance. They do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional.

    🎗️ Cancer Markers
    🟡 Moderate / Theoretical

    Theoretical risk (GH/IGF-1 elevation)

Without DAC, GH elevation is more physiological (pulsatile). Theoretical concern with long-term use.
