    How It Works

The three peptides in GLOW act through distinct yet complementary biological pathways. **GHK-Cu** acts as a genomic regulator — it activates tissue growth genes and suppresses inflammatory genes. It stimulates collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, promotes angiogenesis, and exhibits antioxidant properties. **TB-500** facilitates cell migration by binding to actin, accelerates angiogenesis, and reduces scar tissue formation. **BPC-157** enhances growth factor signaling (VEGF, PDGF), activates nitric oxide pathways, and promotes fibroblast migration. Together, they create an optimal environment for tissue repair.

    Quick Start

    • Reconstitution: Add 3.0 mL of bacteriostatic water → ~23.3 mg/mL concentration.
    • Typical Daily Dose: 2,330 mcg (2.33 mg) once daily for 4 weeks.
    • Storage: Lyophilized: −20 °C · after reconstitution: 2–8 °C · within 4 weeks.

Studies report administration once daily subcutaneously. This provides approximately 1.7 mg GHK-Cu, 0.33 mg TB-500, and 0.33 mg BPC-157 per injection.

    Reconstitution Steps

    1. Draw 3.0 mL of bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe.
    2. Inject slowly against the wall of the vial to avoid foaming.
    3. Gently swirl or rotate until fully dissolved (do not shake vigorously).
    4. Note reconstitution date and refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protected from light.
    5. Use within 4 weeks for optimal potency.

    Protocol Overview

    • Objective: Support comprehensive tissue healing through synergistic mechanisms — collagen synthesis (GHK-Cu), cell migration & angiogenesis (TB-500), local repair & anti-inflammatory action (BPC-157).
    • Schedule: Daily subcutaneous injections for 4 weeks, followed by a 2–4 week break.
    • Dose: 2,330 mcg (2.33 mg) total blend daily.
    • Storage: Lyophilized in freezer · reconstituted in refrigerator · within 4 weeks.

    Dosing Protocol

    • Daily Dose: 2,330 mcg (10 units / 0.10 mL) stable throughout the cycle.
    • Frequency: Once daily (subcutaneously), preferably at a consistent time.
    • Cycle Duration: 4 weeks of daily use, followed by a 2–4 week pause.
    • Volume: ~0.1 mL per injection, well below the 1.0–1.5 mL comfort threshold for subcutaneous administration.
    • Break between cycles: After the cycle, a 4–6 week pause is recommended. This pause allows for evaluation of results and prevention of tolerance.

    Washout & Cycle Restart

    When can I restart?

After the cycle, a 4–6 week pause is recommended. This pause allows for evaluation of results and prevention of tolerance.

    Minimum wait period: 4 weeks

    Storage Instructions

    • Lyophilized: −20 °C or lower for long-term stability.
    • Reconstituted: 2–8 °C continuously · do not freeze reconstituted solution · within 4 weeks.
    • Allow frozen vials to reach room temperature before opening.
    • Protect from light (amber vial or wrap in foil).
    • Inspect before each use · discard if discolored or cloudy.

    Important Notes

    • Aseptic Technique: Clean vial stopper and skin with separate alcohol pads.
